Don't do it lots of drama and drugs there

My late mother bought herself a mobile home here in 1995; until her death in May 2020, she blossomed with her little dog and David looked after her, I can never thank him enough. It's been such a transition and so many changes, but David, Morgan and Doug treat us like family. He has fish fry weekends, stocks the community refrigerator in the clubhouse, which is friendly and inviting. Clean laundry area, snacks and a "help yourself" garden as well. You just don't see this kind of respect and human connection these days; but don't take him on at the pool table. LOL (Doug can vouch for that, giggle!)

I lost my place, so I'll finish here, and hope it goes together.
The people who live here are very friendly, yet non-intrusive. They are like the neighbors of my youth... A long gone breed of wonderful people. The owner, Mr. David, determinedly orchestrates the care of the streets, the look of the park, and the neatness, and cleanliness is beyond compare. Very successfully accomplished!
I shall love living here for the remainder of my days.. peacefully.

You cant beat this place...especially for the price. Nice, quiet park, very close to restaurant's, stores, etc. 3 miles from Hot Springs National park. David the owner is very outgoing and friendly. Makes you feel right at home. No restrictions on pets or age of RV. will stay here again for sure. Strong 4 star park.

I moved to hot springs in my camper and stayed at Timbercrest while looking for a new home. Mr. David was very nice and willing to help in anyway he could. The location was good, right around the corner from everything. I would definitely stay here again if needed

Stayed here for 2 weeks, was very clean and quiet. David was super nice and accommodating. We will stay here again in the future.

Have been a resident at Timbercrest for over 25 years. We were temporary for several years and then permanent for 20. I recommend Timbercrest to any one. It is so convenient to get to where ever you need to go. David has been a good friend as well as landlord. Thanks for taking care of us

The property is well maintained and he is always available to help with anything you need. He is very knowledgeable and kind. Close to all shopping and stores to help with anything

Timbercrest was a great place for our small family of 2 and 4 dogs to stay in our RV. David was super accommodating and was able to find us a spot within the hour that we called to inquire. It’s peaceful and quiet and located right in the dead center of Hot Springs, close to practically everything. Priced very reasonably and included everything we needed. The WiFi was spotty if you’re not near the front office, so be prepared to have your own internet in the RV. Would definitely recommend this place! We loved it.

We’ve stayed at Timbercrest for two years now and it’s a wonderful place to call home during the Oaklawn race meet! Everyone is super friendly and helpful, both management and residents. It has a really clean laundry facility with ample washers and dryers, as well as being attached to a rec room where you can play pool, watch TV, or grab a snack in the vending machine (also has an ice machine). It’s in a great location and I’ve always felt really safe while staying there. Dog friendly with a nice area to take your pets out and well lit areas. 10/10 will be back next year!!!!!!!

As a mobile home owner I found the park owner, David, and office manager, Deborah to be very responsive. David and Deborah are available by calling their cell phones directly. Deborah has answered the phone every time I have called, which I find amazing. The park is much larger than it appears. Approx 220 people live here, but you would never know it. Residents are neighborly without being obtrusive. With the park owner living onsite I never feel at risk and he is available 24/7 should you see anything suspicious, which I never have. A very easy location to everything you need as far as shopping, medical and dining. All and all an affordable community to live comfortably.
